The limited warranty does not cover non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, wheels, and plastic parts, which have normal wear and need replacement after time. The also warranty does not apply to issues due to owner misuse or negligence.
What is the warranty on batteries for a power mobility unit and how long should the batteries last?
Batteries on power wheelchairs & mobility scooters are covered under warranty for six months from the date they were purchased. The life of the battery depends on temperature, users weight, how often the unit is used and how often the batteries are charged. Batteries can from six months up to two years. Depending on the conditions listed above. |
